Projects Seeking Financing

IPT is presently supplying three projects that have stalled for lack of financial support. Each project has a complete business plan, financial projections, access to land, transportation, feedstock, offtake agreements and a complete buildup plan. The three projects have a lot in common. They have access to international port facilities that include two way pumping straight into the processing facility. The jetties have deep water capability adequate for Panamax sized ships. The railyards attached to each facility gives direct access to the continent they serve. The European site has a large local demand for Biodiesel, but with the demand from the French Government, most of the sales will be made to the national petroleum company, Total or affiliated corporations such as Carrefour, Mousquetaire and others. That market will easily support a 100,000 ton capacity processing unit fueled by imported jatropha oil, and local animal fats. Funds required to complete project: $23 million The second project lies hard to one of the most famous tourist sites in California. The land is up for sale around $1.5 million which includes a rail yard passing through the site. The project will be a modest 60,000 tons per year with the potential to expand into two other sites for a total 500,000 ton capacity within three years. Direct access to highway system, numerous local refineries, again direct port access and numerous local outtake contracts so that 100% of production will never leave the area if required. With broad local support from neighboring towns and businesses, labor is both plentiful and well trained. This project will benefit directly from the rising demand for biodiesel in an environmentally sophisticated region of America. Funds needed to complete the project $12 million.
