IPT Offers Installed 100,000 T/Yr Biodiesel Facilities for USD 6 Million
New Pipe to Pipe Factory Installed on Customer’s Site
Reno, NV- December 12, 2010: International Procurement Tools LLC (IPT), the Nevada based biodiesel equipment provider, today announced that they will install a pipe to pipe 100.000 T/Yr. (60 million Gallons) on a customer’s permitted and serviced site for a flat $6 million price.
Smaller or larger units are available in increments of 35,000 T/Yr units based on the waterless technology pioneered by the University of Kassel, installed in over 30 sites worldwide and priced according to size. In its various configurations, the modular, skid mounted units have handled a wide variety of feedstock from RBD soy to animal fats with a burgeoning interest from several algae based technologies.
“The units we are offering will incorporate all of the advanced production technology that has made them the choice of biodiesel producers worldwide.” said Peter Brown, IPT’s co-founder. “They have been described as the Model T of the processor world for their simplicity of operation, ease of installation and expansion and flexibility in producing ASTM and EN standard biodiesel.”
Close cooperation between a world class manufacturing company in India for fabrication, a German Engineering firm for process and installation and a Canadian civil engineering firm for the balance of plant and additional infrastructure such as storage and site preparation will ensure worldwide project control, standardization and implementation.
“IPT will act as the partner in the deployment of worldwide biodiesel production facilities by bringing together a diverse team to provide oil extraction, glycerin purification, biodiesel production complexes based on tried and true replicable technologies,” stated Robert Luiten, IPT co-founder. “The single largest hurdle in putting a biodiesel facility online is access to capital, by offering solid technology at rock bottom pricing, IPT can get a biodiesel facility up and running within the type of budget that the banks are looking for.”
International Procurement Tools (IPT) provides all the services required to design, finance, build and exploit biodiesel facilities in International markets. IPT actively identifies and pursues the right contact threads to locate and approach every company, official or service you may require to get your project underway.
